Your profile is reviewed based on category, location, and event capacity. Verification is completed within 48 hours, with no exclusivity required.

Receive qualified RFQs

Get structured requests aligned with your services, location, and capacity, including event details, headcount, budget range, and timeline.

Submit your proposal

If selected, connect directly with the organizer and retain the client relationship. Hypelay keeps commissions lower than any event marketplace.

Supplier Terms

Network Membership

By submitting your application, you are requesting to join the Hypelay supplier network. Membership is subject to verification and approval by Hypelay. Hypelay reserves the right to accept or decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.

Membership is non-exclusive. You remain free to work with other platforms, agencies, and clients. There is no fee to join the network at this stage.

RFQ Process

When a matching event brief is received, Hypelay will send you a Request for Quote (RFQ) via email. RFQs contain event details including date, location, estimated headcount, and budget range.

You are under no obligation to respond to any RFQ. If you choose to submit a quote, it must be accurate, complete, and honored if accepted. Once an organizer selects your quote, you will be connected directly to manage the relationship and contract independently.

At launch, all supplier contracts are managed directly between you and the client. Hypelay is not a party to those agreements.

Data & Privacy

The information you provide — name, email, category, and city — is used solely to match your profile with incoming event briefs. It will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of the RFQ process.

You may request removal from the network at any time by emailing hello@hypelay.com. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.

No Guarantees

Hypelay does not guarantee a minimum number of RFQs, a minimum contract value, or ongoing membership in the network. Volume depends on event briefs received in your city and category.

Hypelay may remove suppliers from the network at any time if quality standards are not met, based on organizer feedback or at its own discretion.
